I misread this as “Swedish cops make party balloons for ISIS ‘propaganda'” I thought those progressive Swedes were harnessing party balloons as a form of protest, sort of a fuck you, let’s deprecate your terrorist group by forging an association with something harmless and cheerful. That would kind of be amazing.
